I just turned 36 and I can admit that only because I dont believe it myself.
I have 4 AWESOME little girls, and the best husband ever, as long as I don’t talk to him about money, or a job… 9 months ago Chris lost his great paying job. And like so many others we can’t afford our home, bills, or much of anything else. But we have come together to fight with a smile, and win. We know money, although fun to spend roll in and share, is not all we need to live. So it was time to get in touch with our hippie roots & sing, make love, and lots of cool art.
I currently work as a Mad Scientist for children’s Birthday parties, yes its a bit humbling, but got to feed the fam, you know? So I was Mickey Mouse one great day for 5 years, and now Professor Batty the next. I also work with Autistic children, which is perfect because I never sit, and am all over the place as well. Its a rewarding, and a priceless job, one that everyone should try at least one day. Life is so precious and these children really help one to see that. I also LOVE making jewelry, which I do at bedtime, until about 11 O’clock every night with my sexy, funny, slight geeky artist husband that makes silver jewelry from clay scratch, and quite beautiful pieces if I do say so myself ; ) So, all of us Batty’s well except the littlest one…started an online family business where we can express ourselves through art and the love we have for others, in hopes to save as many people we all can, while at the same time… eat.
We have always been this fun family, like a cross between the Partridge Family, Brady Bunch, and the Osbournes . People ALWAYS tell us, You guys should have a reality TV show!!! But… no luck yet, and besides we had enough therapy growing up. So I guess this is the next best thing. I hope you read, write back, shop, and enjoy our journey! . . . . .

This is a good question. I am 35 and feel 17, well mentally.
I have been un-employed for 9 months and am finding out what I should have known years ago, that Hi-Tech jobs are only good for those Who are willing to follow the technology as it is always moved over seas to the cheapest producer. I have 15 years experience in robotics and electronics, but still find the physics behind it all the most intriguing part. I am specialized in Rapid thermal processing of Semiconductors, so to my family No I don’t do robots……….or computers Although I might use many of them, I make the insides for them. It’s funny that I find I can activate implanted Arsenic atoms in silicon crystal substrates in less then 1 second utilizing 150K watts of light, but still Best Buy wouldn’t hire me for the geek squad. It has taught me that a getting college degree is a paid membership to guaranteed job interviews, I find there is a huge difference between knowledge and Understanding; I have a huge desire to understand the world around me But find it impossible to have time to complete this as each question always has a new question in its answer.
We started this web business as part of our 3rd daughters wish to help children in need, and in doing so we realized we ourselves are in need with the Job market so unpredictable in the US. My dream in High school was always to be an artist and live on the beach somewhere, so I can say after 17 years I am close to where I started, I am an artist, maybe not on the beach But things can change.
